Chae Roy is a Midwest-based model and actor with a background spanning performance, movement, and creative technology. She began her training in acting, improv, and contemporary dance, performing in both stage and collaborative projects before working with representation early in her career.
After stepping away from the industry to pursue work in front-end development, Chae returned to performance with a renewed focus on grounded, emotionally present storytelling. She is currently building through self-directed shoots, collaborations, and continued training while seeking aligned representation and opportunities in commercial, lifestyle, and clean beauty work.
Outside of work, Chae stays connected to movement and routine through dance, running, long walks, and time spent recharging, whether that’s cheering on the Bucks or unwinding with a Hallmark movie.
